My private counseling practice focuses on adults, and marriage counseling. I am trained to work with women and couples who are experiencing difficulty in their marriage and for couples who would like premarital counseling. My primary focus is on restoring marriages and helping adults through life transitions

Other issues I am trained to address are interpersonal issues/self-esteem, career concerns and EMDR therapy. EMDR therapy, is a technique in mental health treatment, it incorporates specific eye movements while processing traumatic memories. The objective of EMDR is to facilitate healing from trauma and distressing life experiences.

     Life is a series of segues moving from one transition to another. Sometimes those transitions are extremely difficult and you may need some extra help to see you through. Let me be that person.
